Tomorrow Blackheath host their final home fixture of 2018 as they welcome Chinnor for their first visit to Well Hall. Kick off is at 3 pm and thankfully the weather forecast is much improved!
While the Club remain in first place in National League One, level on points with near-rivals Old Elthamians, Chinnor are also enjoying a fine season, the Oxfordshire side’s first at Level Three, currently sitting in fourth position with seven wins and two draws from their thirteen starts.
It’s notable that five of those seven victories have come away from their Kingsey Road home though, last time out, they were narrowly beaten on Campus by an improving Loughborough Students, despite scoring six tries.
The Greene King Bar will be serving refreshments from midday and Champions Cup rugby will be screened throughout the day, starting with Exeter Chiefs v Gloucester at 12.30 pm, followed by Bath v Leinster and then Wasps v Toulouse at 5.15 pm.
