What we do as a Housing Association

At Charlton Triangle Homes we manage almost 1200 homes in Charlton, south-east London. These were transferred from Greenwich Council (now The Royal Borough of Greenwich) to us in 1999.

Our offices are located at the centre of the neighbourhoods we serve.

This makes it easy for our residents to drop in and speak face to face with a member of our staff.

Being located centrally helps us to play a key role in developing a strong and cohesive community. We work closely with residents on day-to-day tenancy issues, while encouraging them to join our various decision-making groups.  In fact, a third of the Charlton Triangle Board is made up of residents.

As well as our traditional landlord services, Charlton Triangle Homes offers a broad range of additional support through our New Leaf Advice Centre which is also located centrally. The services at New Leaf include; help to find work, training, healthy-living advice, counselling, wellbeing programs, welfare rights, debt and money advice.

Our community

We have spearheaded a twenty-year community regeneration and development programme investing well over £4 million in education and our community.

This will benefit our under 5’s, our 50 Plus group, our young people with many initiatives and community safety projects.

So far, over 28 different partners have helped us provide programmes and activities to 30 different local community groups.

We are proud of our partnership with Blackheath Rugby Club to help further benefit the community as a whole.
