We advised members attending the Club AGM in July 2025 that the Executive is committed to improving engagement, communication and transparency for all its members.
For those that were not in attendance, we pledged to host in addition to our two General Meetings every year (the FAGM and AGM) in December and July respectively, two ‘Town Hall’ meetings in October and February, in between these two General Meetings. We have since adjusted these to be more appropriately timetabled, for October and March/April.
These Town Hall meetings will be hosted by members of the Executive Committee and will update members on the financial performance of the Club and progress against our current stated objectives, shared by the Chairman with the membership at the AGM last July.
The Town Hall, like our FAGM and AGM, is open to Club members only and your membership status will be checked on entry to the meeting.
The date of the next meeting is Tuesday 20th October at the Utilita Well Hall and will commence at 7.30pm.
We look forward to seeing our members in attendance on the night. No pre-registration is required.
