Squad news – 2022/23 season
As we approach the last game of the season, we start to look ahead to 2022/23, and we’re delighted to announce the first tranche of players we will be seeing on the pitch in September. James Shanahan, Head Coach of Blackheath Rugby, says “It’s been a tough few months, so it is great to share some positive news for next season already. These are just a few of the current squad we can announce, and we are currently finalising details with some new players that I know the supporters will be pleased to see. No matter what occurs in the coming weeks, next year will be an exciting year to be at the club.”.
Russell Ticehurst, Managing Director, adds “As we approach the end of 2021/22 season we are already getting ready for the next. I’m pleased to see some of the players committing to next season despite what has been a very frustrating one for us all. I’m also very pleased to welcome Neale Patrick back to Well Hall ahead of what will be an exciting 2022/23. There will be more updates soon.”.
