On Friday evening, 60 members and friends of the Club joined James Fleming, Chairman of Blackheath Rugby, as he hosted an evening of wine and cheese tasting.
We were delighted to welcome Jon Boobyer from Gusbourne, our wine partner, who took us through a selection of four delicious English sparkling wines and a still white, which accompanied four fantastic English cheeses from The Cheeseboard in Greenwich.
A raffle on the evening was won by Steve Brown, who was given a bottle of Gusbourne vintage sparkling wine by Jon.
The evening was a huge success, and we would like to thank James and his team of helpers for organising a fantastic event.
