Blackheath Rugby is thrilled to announce the signing of Ben Charnock, who joins us in the back row from London Scottish.
James Shanahan, Head Coach, says “Ben is a back rower from Scottish: a raw, explosive player and reminds me very much of Harry Holland who has moved to Australia. I think he can play that explosive power role within the squad like Harry did last season.”
We’re all looking forward to seeing that power on the pitch.
Ben says “It’s good to have signed the dotted line to secure another year of personality. But more importantly I get to put on the red and black alongside a fair few familiar faces! There’s something stirring at Blackheath … who wouldn’t want to be a part of it ?! Bring on preseason..!”
