We’re very pleased to announce that Joel Grayson has signed up to be with us this season. Joel, who plays in the back three, has joined from Newcastle Red Bulls.
Telling us about Joel, Blackheath Rugby’s Head Coach Tom Stradwick says “Joel Grayson is a quick, elusive winger who can beat defenders and create opportunities out wide. His energy and attacking mindset fit perfectly with our style of play. We’re excited to welcome him to Blackheath and see him in action this season.” Joel is looking forward to starting his Club journey, and says “I’m buzzing to be joining Blackheath and playing my rugby here next season. The club is in a really exciting place after securing promotion, and I’m looking forward to the challenge of competing in the Champ with what seems like a great group of lads. Speaking with Tom and hearing more about the club’s vision, history, and future ambitions was a big factor in my decision to sign and I’m excited to be a part of that journey. I can’t wait to run out at the Utilita and get stuck in, in front of the supporters.”
