Blackheath FC is delighted to welcome our new Chair of Juniors, whose appointment marks an exciting step forward for the club’s long‑term development plans. Matthew O’Sullivan brings experience of playing and coaching to ensure our Juniors can continue to grow. Building on the work from previous seasons, Matt is already setting out plans to strengthen coaching support, enhance communication with families and ensure every young player gets to play the best rugby they can.
Under Matt’s leadership the Juniors will continue to develop and grow in a way that reflects the best of Blackheath FC: ambition, inclusivity and a commitment to developing confident, capable players base who follow the TREDS ethos. With renewed focus and momentum, we look forward to establishing one of the strongest junior rugby environments in the area and across Kent, giving our young athletes the foundation they need to enjoy the game and progress through the club.
