Just over a week to go until our ‘One Club One Day’ event (Saturday 20 April, starting at 14:00), and we’re all super excited!! Remember – this is a free of charge event!
We’ve already told you about lots of things that are going on, but we thought we’d put it all in to one post. Don’t forget that there will be plenty of 1st team, Club XV, Women and Bandits wandering around for all the Minis, Girls and Juniors to talk to during the day, and we encourage all of age groups to chat to the seniors, and get some top tips for their game! And, of course, don’t forget we’ll also be collecting for CRY, so please look out for the buckets going around, and also the QR codes that will be on posters so you can donate online.
We’d also like to thank Greene King, Kicking Goat Cider and Majestic Wines Blackheath, who have all donated drinks to the event.
Rough timings are as follows:
- 13:00 – GK bar opens

- Free squash available in the GK bar for the youngsters
- Special prices on various drinks for adults (craft beer, cider, pale ale and IPA, craft cocktails, jugs of Pimms and Aperol Spritzes, and also a wide range of non-alcoholic drinks)
- Music played all afternoon
- 14:00 official starting time – First 100 children through the gates get a sweetie bag!
- 42ft bouncy castle obstacle assault course and nerf target wall open all afternoon
- 14:00-17:30 – BBQ

- Adults £4/head
- 14:30-16:30 – Face painter and balloon artist
- 15:30-17:30 – Mr Whippy ice cream van
- 17:00 Bandits awards presentations in the GK bar
- 17:30 – Clubhouse opens
- 18:00 – GK bar closes
- 19:00-23:00 – Get your dancing shoes on and your singing voice at the ready!!! LJ will be providing live music and a disco
- 20:00 – Pizzas arrive
- Midnight – Bar closes
