A reminder that the weekend of The Big Match is coming up. First played in 1863/64, this is the longest continuing rugby fixture in the world! In fact, there are three matches to keep you entertained on Saturday:
- Blackheath Rugby v Richmond Rugby KO 15:00
- Club XV v Richmond Saxons KO 14:00
- Blackheath U12s v Richmond U12s KO 13:30
The Minis are also getting involved in the action, providing mascots, and the section will be selling raffle tickets around the ground to help as a fundraiser for the U10s tour next year – the prizes are a meat platter from our wonderful local butcher in Blackheath village, and also a £100 voucher for The Ivy, so dig deep!
