Through the course of the summer, the Executive Committee has been busy arranging a range of opportunities with its partner brands for the exclusive benefit for members of Blackheath Rugby. We have always had the following as our basic benefits package:
- Free entry to all home matches for the First XV (worth up to £260)
- Significantly discounted membership for young players (18-22)
- Opportunity to use the Member’s credit system for payment of membership fees
- Free car parking on match days (£3 for non-members)
- Access to qualified coaches and referees (courses paid for by the Club) for players of all ages, and provision of pitches and training facilities, plus post-match meals for adult players
- 10% discount for all purchases at the bars at Well Hall and Hervey Road
- Access to the ballot to purchase international match tickets subject to availability
To bring a broader range of benefits to our members, we are very pleased to announce that we have negotiated the following opportunities with our partner brands:
- Stephen James: 10% off the cost of an annual car service.
- Ellis Butchers: 10% off all purchases at either of their shops in Blackheath Village or at The Standard.
- The Saffron Club: 10% off the cost of a meal in their restaurant in Blackheath Village or at their sister restaurant, The Royal Nepalese.
- Grant Saw Solicitors: 10% off the cost of residential conveyancing in a property transaction and 10% off the cost of writing a Lasting Power of Attorney.
- jdm Lettings: 10% off the jdm commission for the letting of a property. The amount will also be matched by jdm and donated to the Club.
- Glazeview Window: 15% off the cost of windows or doors.
- LycaHealth: 15% discount on Diagnostic Imaging Services at LycaHealth Orpington, KIMS Hospital, Maidstone and Sevenoaks Medical Centre. In addition, a member will be entitled to a 10% discount on Hospital Fees for any Day Case procedure at LycaHealth Orpington or Inpatient or Day Case Procedure at KIMS Hospital in Maidstone (please note, this does not apply to Consultant or Anaesthetist fees).
- Gusbourne: A selection of benefits crafted for Blackheath members to enjoy at the beautiful Gusbourne vineyard in Kent. These will be notified to members through the weekly newsletter and on the BFC web site.
Each of these benefits is available to members who have paid their annual membership subscription as evidenced by a valid membership card.
