It may have been cold, it may have been wet and, according to our intrepid runner, it was quite possibly “…the most horrible conditions I’ve ever run in…”, but Coxy completed the London Winter 10k run in a fantastic time of 58 minutes and 50 seconds.

Every step he ran was towards the goal of raising awareness for the Anthony Nolan stem cell register, specifically in memory of Ellis Joseph who sadly don’t find a suitable donor needed for a transplant and died last year.

If you’ve not read Graham’s personal story behind this, please do take a couple of minutes to read — the article also contains links for registering as a donor and/or donating to the fundraiser.

Remember, if you are aged between 16-30 you can join the stem cell register. It’s easy, and just might be the most rewarding thing you ever do.
